We have extensive knowledge of local and national planning policies and frameworks, a proventrack record and large resources which enable us to make a success of even the most challenging of sites.

Our Managing Director Matthew Whitfield grew up around property design and development.
His Grandfather Percival Osman, whom the company is named after, was a Hampshire County Architect and Matthew was always interested in his work and seeing the drawings come to life was fascinating.
Matthew went to Embley Park school in Romsey where he had an amazing education and made some fantastic life long friends.
He started his property career with Fox & Sons as a junior negotiator and was quickly promoted through to Senior Manager.
Working in many areas including Chandlers ford, Winchester, Salisbury, Southampton and Ringwood. He thoroughly enjoyed estate agency but over time my passion became land and new homes.
In 2003 he started developing and has worked on all types of projects from large new build land assembly’s to refurbishments and conversions of offices to apartments.
We undertake smaller projects on our own we have a great network of partners to enable me to take on a great size and variety of residential and commercial projects.
Currently we are working on sites from adding a new end of terrace house to buying and redeveloping a marina.
